LONG BIO
Charlene is a firstborn generation African American Speaker born and raised in Brooklyn, New York to Panamanian Parents. Having grown up in a humble Caribbean background, whose family migrated from Barbados to work on the Panama Canal, she has made her family proud by obtaining a bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and graduating from General Electric’s Operational Management Leadership Program, where she obtained her Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
Having worked for both corporate and government agencies for over 25 plus years she specializes in process improvement and productivity. Celebrating 20 years of marriage to the love of her life with children, she knows all too well the feelings of guilt and feeling overwhelmed when it comes to contributing to the household, the work environment, and society while maintaining her faith, health, and financial stability.

She let go of complacency and decided to learn to market herself through personal development skills. She has always felt a burning desire to not only share her story to uplift others in self improvement but to cause others to take action and see the results of their power within to achieve and do things that once were a dream or seen in someone else's life.
